Demon Shard

Demon Shard is a small 4 man Uni Project.

A classic side-scroller inspired by Blasphemous

It is still lacking several game mechanics and is meant more as a prototype than an actual game. since due to time restraints not everything could make it in.

Story Concept:

The general story idea is that God created the "demons" as His first children, but they were too perfect, and He grew bored of them and abandoned them.

God instead created humans — as flawed as they were, as entertaining they are.

In an act of insurrection, demonkind rebelled and lost the war. The all-mighty Demon Lord (you) died in a duel against God.

After your death, your body was split into shards. Your goal is to obtain your missing parts and once again face God.
